Hmmm. At least in the US (I don't know about other anglophone countries), I'm not sure there is a real equivalent for "izdeliye" as a standard euphemism for a classified piece of hardware.  Semi-colloquial nicknames like "Gadget" or "Beast" are sometimes used, or an actual code name like "CORONA."
