[FPSPACE] more delays for soyuz crew return

RIA Novosti reported earlier today (07:21 GMT) that the Soyuz crew
flight from Kustanai to Moscow would start at 11:00 GMT. Then
their dispatch at 11:36 gmt said that the crew was on the plane but
were working their way through customs 'formalities'. No later reports
have shown up -- it's now 15:00 gmt. 

Once in the air the flight will take two and a half hours.
