[FPSPACE] Japan's New Government

Now that Japan has not only a new Prime Minister but a new party in government, the nation's space policy could be open to review. A review was already underway before the LDP lost power, but I wonder how this will change things. Economic belt-tightening could have a profound influence on new projects, such as plans for more lunar missions or a Japanese HSF project. 

Any thoughts?
