[FPSPACE] Payload Fairing blamed for Naro/KSLV failure

Yonhap reports that the payload fairing on Naro did not separate properly, which caused problems for the second stage. Given the relative size of the fairing to the tiny second stage, this is understandable. I wonder if they had an "angry alligator" effect.
