[FPSPACE] Korean satellite fails to reach precise orbit

Yonhap just reported this.
The satellite is in orbit, but apparently not in the planned orbit.
This suggests that more work needs to be done on the vehicle(s), as it's not clear if the problem was with the Russian or Korean components. It could be a guidance problem or the underperformance of a motor.
Some talk on the Nasaspaceflight forums about excessive wobbling of the rocket during the early stages of flight.
KLSV/Naro is slated to launch again in 2010. There could also be a third launch later, depending on circumstances.
