[FPSPACE] NASA "Recognizes" Phony NorKorean Satellite as Real?

JimO, you may be right (except for calling all of NASA weakminded).
Charts and tables such as these, on NASA and others' websites, are
usually maintained by contractors with civil servant oversight as part
of much larger tasks. Sometimes they are not as highly attuned to the
details as we might be.

But don't assume "NASA" is a monolith, or that the NASA Administrator
reviews every change to every webpage.
