Bart, you are absolutely right and I posed exactly that very question to
Lopota. He used phrase ³they (Roskosmos) do not object² (ne vozrazhayut) in
his answer, even though the question was -- do they ³agree² with your
priorities? However the whole presentation was done under the roof of the
joint Roskosmos exhibit and besides the PTK spacecraft also showcased the
Rus-M rocket and the Vostochny launch site, which are, of course, the
agency¹s officially approved projects. I also understood from sources, that
TsNIIMash was a key player in putting this together, so I assume RKK Energia
and Roskosmos are on the same page now, at least in general strategy.
