[FPSPACE] KLSV to launch before August 26 (they hope)

Yonhap reports that the next launch attempt will be made before August 26. The problem with the valve in the motor does not seem to be serious. 

At the moment, there is no specified launch date or time. I suspect that the time of day will be the same.
