[FPSPACE] 15 years since FPSPACE started!

Wow, I wasn't in at the beginning but have been around nearly that long.  It is too bad the signal-to-noise has dropped dramatically.  I know I, and some others, would post more if it remained more on topic.  For example, I am astronomer.  I love astronomy.  But I don't need it on this list serv and that is much of the traffic.  Oh well, I am sure I am a curmudgeon in the minority pining for the days like when Netnews had 20 groups!

Hello everyone!
I was just updating my CV and found myself typing in the phrase "...started FPSPACE mail list in 1994". I had to stop a minute and do the math because it's really hard to believe it's been 15 years! I'm not sure where all the time went, but I'm really happy to see that the same people are posting to the list now that were back then. Maybe we should have a 15-year reunion...
