Yesterday the mail tried to deliver a package to me while I was out and I collected it late this afternoon. It contained the five books from Apogee, with some slight damage to one of them.
I have double-checked and I cannot find any of the e-mails which Mr Heimbecker say that were sent. There is nothing filtered out online, there is nothing in my regular inbox, there is nothing in my junk mail box and there is nothing in my spam mail box - it is four-five months since I bothered to empty the junk and spam boxes.. So what happened to those messages is a total mystery. My e-mail address appears to be correct, so there is no reason why they should not have been received safely.
One of the joys of the cyberworld, I guess.
Phillip Clark

This is in response to Philip Clark's comments regarding purchasing books direct from Apogee Books.
We have sent two emails to the address provided by Philip, all in a timely manner, regarding his order. No indication was given to us that these emails weren't received. Also, while we do have a toll-free number for North American customers, we also have a regular phone number, also found on the front page of our website. These numbers both put you in direct contact with people at the warehouse. There is also a contact email address, which wasn't used in this case.
Below are the two messages sent to Philip. Perhaps they were caught by spam filters?
