[FPSPACE] More joy

Hi Phillip - 

What does this have to do with space? A good question.
The answer is about as much as NK launch systems. 

But since rocket tech is always dual use, and a number of the public space analysts here make money writing on missile technology and proliferation, I thought they'd like the heads up.

Just out of curiosity, what has this topic got to 
do with space programmes?   And if the answer is "nothing" then why is
