It doesn't matter what is the name of the thing: the spacecraft
in question (Yubileyny, 32953, 2008-025A) would not show any
interesting motion relative to the three Cosmos vehicles from
the same launch. Just a more fast orbital decay.

The problem is that the experiment is official and many editions
would believe what Mr. Men'shikov says. Well, not all: Infox.ru
strongly believes that's a freak.
