Hi Morris -

Well, at least we now know what that launch pad
on the west coast of North Korea is for.

Charlie, you done the analysis of how big a rocket
NK intends to fly from it?

North Korea wants to launch more satellites following
Sunday's "historic achievement," a pro-Pyongyang newspaper Monday
quoted a senior official as saying.

(snip)
The Chosun Sinbo, published in Japan, quoted Ko
Sang-Bok, head of the North's Hydrometerological Service, as saying the
blast-off paved the way for launching satellites for practical purposes
"within the next few years."
"This launch of an experimental telecommunication satellite is part of an engineering stage that comes
before sending up satellites for practical purposes, including a
meteorological satellite," Ko was quoted as saying.
"When the country launches satellites into a polar orbit or a geostationary orbit
within the next few years, we will achieve a great leap forward in the
field of weather forecasting as well," he said.

I'm trying to come up with a witty or sardonic response to this, but I'm just too confused right now.
