[FPSPACE] Third time lucky?

Will it become the last try? Post-Kim era is not far. 

The next country will probably be South Korea, with their KSLV-1 (2009 or 2010?), followed by Brazil (VLS-1, 2012?). Other candidates (potentially with space capablility) include Pakistan, South Africa, Australia, etc.

  A pity that the launch of Kwangmyongsong 2 has failed ...... at least the build-up has provided some excitement and interest in the too-repetetive world of space launches which we have these days.

  So, maybe third time lucky for North Korea?   And will that be in late 2019?

  Now, I wonder which will be the next country to join the club of countries who have successfully launched their own satellites.
