Nothing catalogued yet but accoring to http://english.yonhapnews.co.kr/northkorea/2009/04/05/6/0401000000AEN20090405006200315F.HTML:

"The launch took place at 11:20 a.m., and the satellite entered orbit 2 seconds past 11:29 a.m."

Then again, the North Koreans claimed  (and still do) that Kwangmyongsong 1 reached orbit!

Nearly three and a half hours after launch and there's nothing on Space-Track to show launch 2009-018, which is what Kwangmyongsong 2 will be if it has reached orbit.

On the other hand, when it's the weekend Space-Track can be notoriously slow in picking up the latest orbital data!
