Origins of the picture are unclear, but it could be the Unha launch vehicle that just launched. It's the best picture we've seen yet.

Note the payload fairing. Looks different from earlier reports of the bulbous fairing, previously observed in Digital Globe images. Some news reports suggest a cover of the payload was removed before launch.
