[FPSPACE] NK Launch - T+ 1 hour

Roughly one hour now after the launch.

A summary of international news channel responses:

*) Everyone acknowledges the launch, non-intercept, etc.
*) Japan issues a quick protest, apparently waiting for co-ordination with the USA before they deliver a proper response
*) China has yet to deliver a press conference

News channels are showing comments on NK missile and WMD programs
from analysts (hi Charles) and replaying Digital Globe pics of the missile.

No video of the launch yet.

No confirmation of satellite in orbit.

Breaking: US state dept think it was a satellite launch due to trajectory.

I will post to FPS as things break. This could be useful to readers who
are in unfavourable time zones, and want a summary of how events unfolded.
