[FPSPACE] How come the ISS keeps gaining altitude

Hi Jim - 

Good eyes. Do you know what the ISS's flight attitude is?
(that is attitude, with two "t"'s.

If its not aerodynamic, that raises the possibility of 
out gassing - worrisome. There may have been momentum from recent undockings, or exhaust gases operating against ISS surfaces.

Any other explanations?

PS - With Cobb gone as IG, perhaps the e-mails concerning former Administrator Griffin's failures in responding to the 
instructions of the Congress in the George Brown Jr amendment will be examined.
