[FPSPACE] Chinese statements at IAF

A friend has just passed on details of statements by Sun Laiyan (CNSA) made at the 2008 IAF Congress.

Sun said that China would launch a "spacelab/space station" in 2011, and send a robot lander to the Moon in 2013.

Throw this into the mix and stir it....
