Congratulations to the South African-born Elon Musk!

This also means that:

1. Elon Musk is more successful than the entire Republic of Iran; at
least in terms of chronology. They might succeed by their 4th satellite
attempt, though North Korea seems to have given up before reaching
that.

2. Any other private company is only likely to succeed if it has
capital reserves to cover at least building & launching four rockets.
Which Roton & the others do not. When Musk scales up to nine-engined
rockets (his website seems now to skip his earlier plan for a 5 engined
one), it is likely that again he will suffer a failure before success.
