[FPSPACE] Next up...release of the small satellite

One point on that is that it was never used for the EVA AFAIK , unless from 
the docked position , as it was deployed after EVA.

Jim , did you see the video clip I put up showing the Chinese scientist 
explaning its purpose and orbit ?
