[FPSPACE] Next up...release of the small satellite

Does the subsatellite have any pedigree related to the 
Surreysat payloads flown earlier?

Re-rendezvous with an inert (presumably) target does not seem to me
to be a step towards manned docking missions -- it smells more like
an uncooperative inspection mission.
