Yes I realise now that my error was simple stupidity....I had compared 
launch time of 1310 GMT with  Beijing time of 9.10pm , which of course was 
2110 hrs....not 1910 hrs.


I am off to sit on the naughty chair for an hour........or as they say in 
the UK now , so as to be poltically correct , the   " good , minus , minus " 
chair  :O)
