[FPSPACE] Shenzhou 7 launch time.......

The EVA time is confusing. It has been reported for rev 29 but also on
Friday at "4:30".

Rev 29 is Saturday morning UK time and ties in with 4:30pm Beijing Time,
Saturday.

It certainly won't be rev 5 because that is when the orbit circularisation
is taking place!
