[FPSPACE] Shenzhou 7 launch time.......

what time is this in BST?  have CCTV9  so I can see launch , last 2 Shenzhou missions I got lots of video   hoping to do so again , the space walk has been qouted as on the 5th orbit  is there any estimation of a time in for this?

It seems to vary by a few minutes depending on translation.
