This word in Russian  has spelling "koronarografiya" (and similarly in my
Czech language "koronarografie") and means examination of heart peripheral
arteries using the contrast liquid and X-rays, usually complemented with
insertin the "stents" for widening the closed veins (heart plastic
surgery). The corect spelling in English is "coronarography". see e.g.
