[FPSPACE] Two questions

The Denpr is a modified SS-18 ICBM (Russian designation R-36M).   It was 
quite comparable to the Titan II I used to work with, which also made a good space 
launcher.     Over 300 SS-18s were deployed, and about half were retired to 
meet START I limits, so presumably some 150 were available for conversion.
