[FPSPACE] Two questions

I have just two little queries that I think FPSPACE members may help me with:
  a.. Are the Dniepr rockets that Kosmotras sells for satellite launches newly produced rockets or retired missiles? If the latter, how many are there available?
  b.. What happened to the explosive bolt that was retreived for the Soyuz during the spacewalk this summer? I have hear nothing about it?
