Hi and Hello - 

Well, there's still a bounce between me hitting the keys and the characters appearing on the screen, but despite that here goes. (PS - If any of you wrote for Volume 2 of my History of Cosmonautics and did not receive it, please write to me again.)

China has an existing rocket production, transport, and launch capability, and will simply convert that to non-toxic fuels. The use of standard fuels and standard engines allow economies of scale. 

When they said 100 satellites a few years back, they meant it. That is apparently their estimate of need. Didn't any of you parse that out?
