[FPSPACE] Shenzhou subsatellite no re-rendezvous- -- alternate theories?

Hi Jim - 
 
I would supppose that many in the US are worrried about weapons in space, 
in particular any ability to take out reconnaisance satellites. Or perhaps they 
are worried that reconnaisance satellite technologies and capabilities could
be determined by autonomous rendevous techniques.
