[FPSPACE] International Docking Mechanisms [was Tiangong feasability]

Sorry Kirrill, but I have nothing to add on this agreement, other than a few comments.

Tiangong will use APAS, ensuring compatibility with the ISS.

The proposed International Berthing and Docking Mechanism does not appear to me to be compatible with current docking systems, and does not allow fuel transfer.

The real ESA manned proposals seem to have been covered in session 3, not this session, session 4, which appears to have been concerned solely with possible European unmanned Mars probes. The note on autonomous navigation systems for ESA Mars rovers is important.
