[FPSPACE] Euro-Russian capsule: The silence is....like a vacuum

As far as I know, the project is in serious trouble. Last week, ESA decided
to drastically cut its budget proposal for the next years, and this is one
of the projects that suffer most: zero budget.
This will have to be approved next month in the members ministerial meeting,
but I suspect that ESA has been directed to drastically reduce the budget in
preparation for that meeting. This is not the only program affected, of
course; several will be cancelled (or frozen), and several others cut.
It is one of the consequences of the global crisis we are suffering. I
wonder what will be the consequences for other space agencies, I suspect
Europe will not be the only one affected.
