   Why George 3, Hitler, etc?

 How do you know that planet Gliese 581c  is not inhabited by clones of
Carl Sagan & NASA administrators, who will eagerly seize on our radio
message to lobby for far bigger budgets for their SETI & spacelifht
plans!   :)  :)   :)
