[FPSPACE] Euro-Russian capsule: The silence is....like a vacuum

There seems to be little current discussion about the proposed European-Russsian capsule plan, apart from Anatoly's regular updates on Russian Space Web. This is really surprising. ESA has no updates on its own Web site. The silence is disturbing. Does anyone know if the project is in trouble?
