 Barrel of oil, you mean?

In fact, US ( and EU ) moneymen have been so focused on
diverting Azerbaijani oil to the West through Georgia and
Turkey that they have forgotten to wrest Kazakhstan loose
from Moscow such as to secure control of Baikonur!

What good is the Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Kirgistan
to the US hegemony, when, in fact, the jewel in the Central
 Asian crown is Kazakhstan?

Do send Dick Cheyney to Astana, before it's too late!
