[FPSPACE] Fuel ground transportation safety

Dear all:

Can anyone provide any links or materials connected with the issue of the
hydrazine fuels' ground transportation safety? My friends do a research
project and are now looking for the oversees analogs and examples. There is
kind of general description at the Global Security here:
http://www.globalsecurity.org/space/library/news/1998/fact02.htm , but I'd
say something more systematic and 'technical' is needed - as long as it is
not too sensitive considering the possible hazards. Can anyone help?
