[FPSPACE] Another Boeing copyright infringement

Dear Mr. Davis:

Yes, we considered this scenario as well. However during our three-year discussion with Boeing in the attempt to settle the matter out of court, they failed to provide any contemporary evidence, such as e-mails or other exchanges, which confirm that they requested the map from Roskosmos and the agency did provide it.

Also, it is policy of Roskosmos not to distribute scaled maps of their military facilities, including Baikonur, only schematics. Take a look for example at graphics on Roskosmos web site.

Finally, it had been several years since we informed Sea Launch that I am a copyright holder of the map, and even if it was provided by Roskosmos, they are essentially displaying stolen intellectual property. They still did not remove it from the site and did not provide a credit.
