Absolutely, kudos to Anatoly for bringing this to our attention and to
Novosti Kosmonavtiki's readers for digging it up in the first place.

I don't know how soon after touchdown the pictures were taken, but I'm
impressed that for an off-target landing, they got chairs and drinks there
so quickly, and also managed to put "police tape" around the site (I'd be 
surprised if any of that was in the Soyuz-TMA DM!).

My I-am-not-a-doctor-but-I'm-going-to-play-one-on-the-Internet eye says that
Malenchenko came through the landing best, followed by Whitson, and then Yi.
But even if the care they received was by untrained bystanders, it looks to
me to be pretty good, keeping them seated (or lying flat in the case of Yi,
who we now know suffered an injured back) and giving them fluids.
