[FPSPACE] Bounce action notification

Folks,

I am seeing a number of notifications like this showing up for some of 
our NASA subscribers.  Their old e-mail addresses that we have in the 
system are typically first-name dot last-name 1 @ NASA-Center dot NASA 
dot gov.  New accounts are being assigned, dropping the "1" and the 
NASA-Center name.  Since we do not have the new e-mail addresses in the 
system, attempts to sent messages to the old, no longer existing 
accounts fail and I see these bounce notifications.  Therefore please 
pass the word that if anyone has not subscribed under the new account 
name they will not be receiving postings from the server.  You can go 
online to do so or send me a note and I can do it for you.
