I concur with Keith. Being a neurosurgeon these symptoms are all too 
familiar to me. I remember doing a study on motocycling sudden 
deceleration and its effects on the cervical spine (about 15 years ago) 
The cervical spine and the intervertebral disks take a huge load and I 
assume it is no different with a steep reentry from space.
But I now some of the South Korean medical facilities and I am pretty 
sure Yi will get the best care available. On top of that she has the 
advantage of her age. I wish her well and I am sure she will recover.
As a side note Soyuz TMA 12 keeps me worrying.
