The guy is a hoaxer..!
He lives in the UK , near to the south coast ( very near to , incidentally , 
a very active military helicopter base....hence his fixation with being 
watched ! )

I have been in touch with and alerted , a number of those mentioned , and 
quoted  , in the articles .They confirmed that their comments were mis 
represented and also , video of them was used without permission.As a result 
a number of names of experts , confirming his findings , have been removed.


The chap is either very sad , deluded , or both.
He is assocoated with one who calls himself...gridkeeper........ another 
dubious individual
