[FPSPACE] Orbital Machines?

Has this topic been broached on fpspace?  Maybe it should be.  I'm back in school, going full tilt, so have backed off of some projects and other things.  But, I could provide some starting points to discuss -- There are some interesting things floating about!
   
  Are they natural or manufactured?  If natural, what are they and where did they come from?  If manufactured, by whom?  Are they ours (USA) or theirs (Chinese, French, European, Indian, Russian, or Alien)?  They seem to be predictable, JLWalson has apparently found them and other strange objects, many times.  What are the orbital parameters?  I have a telescope, can I get a look at them?  Is anyone on the fpspace forum aware of the Walson mysterious objects from any other sources?
