[FPSPACE] Looking for another opinion/source on testing a spacecraft

 Hello friends,

Working on a paper for a conference I am looking for another professional
opinion on testing in the aerospace market and opportunities for private
sector in the area, especially around testing of raw materials (e.g. testing
the impact of liquids (e.g. fuel) on composite materials).

The paper scope includes:


   1. Market for testing (status, capacity, landscape, structure
etc.). Status and
   opportunities on outsourcing.
   2. Changes driving the market [its size]. Short-term forecast on changes
   in the market share of outsourcing.
   3. Decision making on outsourcing and selecting a service supplier.
   4. Customers in the testing market. How to make them interested in the
   service offered.
   5. Contract and pricing structure.
   6. The current market regulation and potential changes in the future.

Could anyone to help me on the subject or refer me to a competent source
please?
