According to Wikipedia "Nader has run for President of the United States
five times (in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008)."
So, he would have been nowhere near a candidacy 40 years ago during the
Apollo heydays.
However, you may opt to vote for him this fall, if Bob Barr is too
liberal for you :-)
