[FPSPACE] IGS 1B

IGS 1B was steady for a short time at 3.5mag last night ( 2301 BST ) and I'm 
pretty sure that it was preceeded by 1A a couple of minutes earlier.However 
although 1A was forecast a similar magnitude , it seemed much fainter and 
proved hard to follow naked eye.

Despite recent reports about 1B flaring , it didnt perform for me 
unfortunately ......but it was briefly caught on camera at a range of 516 
km.
