[FPSPACE] Fly over launch sites at astronautix.com

I've made some substantial rearranging of the site and added
supplemental information as regards launch vehicles and launch sites.
Of particular interest might be the Google Earth kml file of all of
the launch sites on the earth. This is a work in progress --
corrections requested! It can be downloaded at:

Congrats to Anatoly - putting his name on his pix served him well.
Hopefully getting his image and site name on Drudge earned him an
enormous number of well-deserved new visitors...
