[FPSPACE] THEOS on Dnepr out of Yasniy -- soon

Although the Kosmotras.ru site does not appear to
have been updated in a year, there are Thai and
Russian press reports that say the THEOS 
satellite (Thailand's EADS-built earth resource
bird on a Dnepr) will fly soon from Yasniy. It will fly
to the south (tilted westerly), into the 'sun synchronous'
orbit of inclination 97 degrees -- and this caused
a first stage impact permission problem with
Uzbekistan.

One badly translated Thai press story suggests
that the impact zone has been moved from 
Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan. This might be possible
with some sacrifice of orbital performance. 

Is there any other news about this mission?
