See slide show at:

" USA 193, a high-resolution radar spy satellite, is launched from
Vandenberg
Air Force Base, in California, aboard a Delta Two rocket.

Ground controllers lose contact with the satellite hours after it reaches
orbit. The satellite has substantial problems and the failure involves
multiple systems.

While officials try to re-establish contact with USA 193, amateur satellite
watchers track its decay and begin to predict when it will fall to Earth. "

Hmmmmm a high resolution radar satellite .
