Are you sure, this can not be done from the ground, LEO or geostationary
orbit? Is this even in the manned spaceflight department? In any case, those
who are interested in ³impact hazard² should be happy with the new ³Bush
vision correction², since it promises to make asteroids and the like very
popular in the next dozen of years.
