[FPSPACE] Iran rocket .......more

Just watching IRINN TV at present and I'm getting a bit confused.

The ticker along the bottom indicates that the rocket has been launched 
"into space"
Some of the footage looks more like a Delta type launcher with ten strap on 
boosters , but the actual rocket  was a simple single stage device.
Its also being called Irans first "sounding rocket "

Hopefully the story will unfold on IRIB's english channel  shortly.
